Teacher Feedback Request (from student)

Dear Teacher,

I am participating in a leadership program and have been challenged to ask my teachers for feedback on my leadership qualities. I would really appreciate your insight on leadership qualities you see in me.

Would you provide 5 leadership qualities you see in me and why, along with 1 quality I could improve on and how?
